With the eminent & potential closing of the Waterfront Market and talk of it becoming a co-op, money would need to be raised to save the mrket. Memberships would be necessary to raise money. How much would you be willing to pay to be a member? How much do you think your friends and neighbors would be able to afford? Your answers to these questions may help the group trying to save the market by giving them some idea of your interest and your financial situation. |

| Now that Bucco's Waterfront Market has been squeezed out by a City lease 'negotiation', McPherson and the City Commission should be squeezed out at the ballot box by the very community Bucco served so well. McPherson and his 'never met a development deal I couldn't love' crowd have done in one term what Bucco's competitor at Fausto's would never have considered doing during repeated years on the Commission and as Mayor. Perhaps now is not the time to have a realtor playing Mayor. |
| We just can not allow the Waterfront Market to close. If we are paying Ed Swift 1/2 million to shuttle cruise ship passengers fro the outter mole to HIS SHOPS so they can buy form him, I say let him shuttel for free of for 1/4 million and decease Buco's rent! |
| Did you hear Bill Becker radio today? man, is city manager Jim Scholl kissing butt or what! he's another one in the pockets of developers. Wipe your nose off Jim...... it's starting to smell! |
