Jerry Coleman has been such a highly controversial expense for the County.  He is  the Task Force Attorney for the Affordable Work  Force Housing Committee. It has been said by members of the public that he works for the Developers and not for the best interests of the County or of us Citizens.

You decide.

The County realizes it can no longer afford the services of workforce/affordable housing attorney Jerry Coleman which has been a very controversial expense to the county.

As many have questioned the quality of work Jerry Coleman has produced, the reality has hit the "bottom dollar" of the County Budget
